MUSICAL DIRECTOR

As a musical director, I have worked with a wide variety of ages, groups and projects, both professional and community, ranging from large-scale musicals, charity fundraisers, and fringe productions, through to adventures in the land of Oz, peril on the high seas and even fighting off monsters in outer space!

Musical Director Credits Include: The Chester Mystery Plays 2023 & 2018 Cycle (Assistant Musical Director), The Chester Male Voice Choir, One Voice Community Choir, Fireflies Community Choir, Footloose Musicals, Quartz Youth Theatre, Bitesize Youth Theatre, and the Bitesize Musical Theatre Singers Choir, Pants On Fire (Carol Tambor Best Of Edinburgh Award)

COMPOSER AND ARRANGER

Coming from a theatrical background, my approach to writing and arranging music is always about putting the audience's experience at the forefront.

Original Musicals Include: Top of The Tower, The Edwards Awards, Out of Hand, The Institute, Before A Fall, The Highwayman, A Trail of Ashes, Another Side, Songs of The Sea.

MUSIC TEACHER

I have taught music in both group settings and on a one-to-one basis for almost six years.

I am always led by your musical goals, whether you want to prepare for an official examination, explore a particular genre, or revisit an instrument you may not have picked up for a while. Whatever you want to achieve, we can get there together.

ACTING COACH

As a result of my training as a professional actor, I always direct my acting students with the same respect, discipline and professionalism I would outline in an industry rehearsal room. This expectation elevates my pupils' performance

I have coached students through traditional LAMDA and Trinity examinations (Entry level through to Grade 8), audition preparation for drama schools, or even additional direction for a production.

ACTOR

I trained as an actor-musician at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance before going on to work consistently in a variety of sectors in the industry.
